Cancellation
Hotel Kangerlussuaq uses the standard cancellation terms from Denmark’s Travel Agency Association/DRF and Horesta (The Hotel, Restaurant & Tourist Trade).

The general main points for cancellation of overnight stays, food, etc. ate:

• All cancellations must be made in writing on email or fax +299 84 12 84.
   
• The stay can be cancelled without cost 28 days or more prior to arrival.
   
• If the stay is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival Hotel Kangerlussuaq will calculate a compensation of 25% of the order.
   
• If the stay is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival Hotel Kangerlussuaq will calculate a compensation of 50% of the order.
   
• If the stay is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival Hotel Kangerlussuaq will calculate a compensation of 75% of the order.
   
• If the stay is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival Hotel Kangerlussuaq will calculate a compensation of 100% of the order.

Terms of payment

• Terms of payment at Hotel Kangerlussuaq are net cash, unless otherwise agreed,
  and you must pay when checking-in.
   
• If Hotel Kangerlussuaq has made a service agreement with a company, then this company has 30 days credit.
   
• Hotel Kangerlussuaq has the right to annul all future orders from companies
  which do not adhere to the terms of payment.
